Our commitment

All Around Equine uses personal information only to operate our business, provide the services you request, support horse-and-rider safety, and stay in contact with you. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

Information we collect

• Contact information, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Registration, appointment, payment-status, attendance, and service-request information.
• Horse information, training history, photos, videos, health-related horse records, feed information, and owner notes you choose to provide.
• For clinics and lessons, participant age group, parent or guardian information, emergency contact information, waiver consent, helmet acknowledgment, and photo/video permission.
• Technical records needed to document consent and protect the app, such as the submission date and time, IP address, browser/device information, and app access history.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s-license numbers, financial-account passwords, or payment-card numbers through this app. Payments are handled separately through the payment option you choose.

How we use information

We use information to review requests, schedule and provide services, communicate with clients, manage availability and payment status, create requested Dream Horse Journey profiles, personalize training and take-home guidance, maintain safety and consent records, respond to questions, and protect the app from misuse.

When information is shared

Information may be processed by technology and communication providers that help host the app, store uploaded files, deliver messages, or operate requested services. We may also share information when required by law, to address a safety emergency, to protect legal rights, or with professional advisers and insurers when necessary. We do not give client information to unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

Children and minors

This app is intended for adults and is not designed for a child under 13 to complete independently. A parent or legal guardian must submit information and sign for every participant under 18. For a participant under 13, the parent or legal guardian must personally complete the form and consent to the collection and use of the child’s information. Please use the parent or guardian’s phone number and email address.

Photos and videos

Clinic and lesson registration includes a separate choice about whether All Around Equine may use images from the activity for its website, social media, education, or marketing. Saying no does not affect participation. Permission to publish a minor’s full name is not included and would require a separate agreement.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only while it is reasonably needed to provide services, maintain client and horse records, manage business and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and meet safety, legal, or insurance requirements. We review inactive records and remove information that is no longer needed. Signed waivers, transaction records, and records connected to a claim or dispute may need to be retained longer. Requests for deletion will be honored when the information is not required for one of these purposes.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we maintain about you, request a correction, withdraw future photo/video permission, or request deletion. Withdrawing permission does not affect uses that already occurred with permission. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security and updates

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to people who need the information for All Around Equine services. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. If this notice changes in a meaningful way, the updated version and effective date will appear here, and new submissions will record the version accepted.
